We are currently recruiting for multiple Store Manager and Assistant Manager opportunities across Brisbane, offering the chance to join fast-paced, high-volume retail environments where strong leadership, commercial thinking and team development are valued.

These roles are ideal for proactive retail leaders who thrive on the shop floor, love coaching teams and enjoy driving performance in busy environments.

Store Manager | Chermside

- $74K + Super
- Tuesday to Saturday roster
- Lead a busy, high-volume store and develop a strong team culture

Assistant Manager | Brisbane DFO

- $73K + Super
- Support a fast-paced outlet environment
- Drive team performance and customer experience alongside the Store Manager

Store Manager | Brisbane CBD

- $75K + Super
- Take ownership of a key retail location
- Lead from the front in a dynamic, customer-focused environment

Across these opportunities, you will:

- Lead, coach and motivate retail teams to achieve their best
- Create an energetic and customer-focused store environment
- Drive sales performance and key business results
- Develop team capability through coaching and feedback
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards
- Manage day-to-day store operations including rostering, stock and compliance
- Build a positive culture where people feel supported and engaged

What you'll bring

- Previous Store Manager,



Assistant Manager or strong 2IC experience
- Proven success in fast-paced retail environments
- A high-energy, hands-on leadership style
- Confidence driving KPIs and performance outcomes
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- Excellent communication and organisational ability
- A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership
- Experience within fashion, apparel, accessories, lingerie or similar customer-focused retail environments will be highly regarded
