- $45 - $55 per hour + super

What you'll be doing

- Planning, implementing and evaluating a high-quality educational program informed by EYLF V2.0 and the interests, strengths and developmental needs of children.
- Creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning and development.
- Observing,



documenting and assessing children's progress to inform curriculum planning.
- Building meaningful relationships with children and their families.
- Working collaboratively with educators to strengthen teaching practices and program delivery.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Creating an inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and supported.

What you'll bring

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
- Solid knowledge of EYLF V2.0, the NQF, NQS and relevant regulations.
- Experience planning and implementing engaging, high-quality educational programs.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's learning and development.
- Confidence in building relationships with families and collaborating with colleagues.
- A commitment to reflective practice, continuous improvement and child safety.
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check.
