Through Rio Tinto's partnership with Chandler Macleod, we are seeking an experienced Specialist Cost Analyst for the CLADHO Project (Pilbara Projects Team).

This opportunity offers the chance to work within a leading global organisation, contributing to key operational and business outcomes within a supportive team focused on safety, collaboration and delivering operational excellence

Reporting to the Superintendent Project Controls, you’ll use your skills and experience to support business priorities, collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the success of the operation.

In this role, you will:

- Manage project forecasts, budgets and cost performance
- Develop and maintain Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts
- Support change management processes and cost impact assessments
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis
- Liaise with Project Managers, Package Leads, Quantity Surveyors and Finance team members to enable accurate reporting and decision-making

About You

- Strong background in cost analysis (major capital projects preferred)
- Experience supporting mining,



resources, infrastructure or construction projects
- Advanced capability in forecasting, budgeting, EAC development, and cost reporting
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Contruent (Prism) or similar software will be highly regarded
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Dedication to everyone’s safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and other testing
