About us

Five Values, Two Sites, One Team.

We are seeking experienced Administration Officers for full-time opportunities at both locations.

Just as importantly, you have a warm,

approachable manner and take pride in providing excellent service. You remain calm when things get busy, communicate clearly and work well with patients, practitioners and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who combines:

- Robust organisation, accuracy and reliable follow-through.

- Confidence using patient management systems and Microsoft Office.

- A practical, flexible approach and willingness to support the team.

- Professionalism, discretion and respect for patient confidentiality.

Experience with FYDO, procedure bookings, health fund checks or hospital billing will be highly regarded.
