Fondly known as The Hen, we’re a busy, family-friendly pub in the heart of the Swan Valley, open 7 days a week.

We pride ourselves on being a venue where our Team is every bit as important as our guests – this led to us winning the Best Family Dining award at the 2026 and 2025 AHA Awards.

We're looking for a few more good eggs to join our Kitchen Team.

THE ROLE
We're on the hunt for experienced Casual Chefs who enjoy working in a busy kitchen, take pride in the food they put out and know how to handle a fast paced service.

Our kitchen pumps out a LOT of food, so you'll be working alongside an experienced Head and Sous Chef, and a great bunch of chefs/cooks who know how to get the job done.

Running a section, prepping for service or pushing through a busy service, we want someone who can work hard, communicate well and enjoy themselves along the way.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in a high-volume pub or restaurant kitchen is important, but attitude and reliability matter just as much.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen





- A passion for food and pride in what you put on the plate

- Solid communication & organisational skills

- Ability to work under pressure & keep your cool during busy services

- A positive attitude

- Availability across evenings and weekends

Pay rates are dependent on qualifications & experience as per the Award.
