Hampton Mining & Civil is seeking an experienced Maintenance/Workshop Administrator to join our Carosue Dam project team.

About the position:

The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administrative support services to a busy on-site workshop, assisting with stores management ensuring supporting seamless and efficient workshop operations. The role includes;

- Working closely with Workshop Supervisors to ensure work order and hours data is kept up to date;
- Providing stores/stock management assistance including reconciling all deliveries and issues;
- Recharging all purchases as required
- Maintaining daily data entry, fuel, equipment maintenance history and supervisor data;
- Matching receipts to invoices;
- Accounts Receivable miscellaneous invoicing;
- Meeting all reporting deadlines as required;
- Raising purchase orders as required;

What you bring:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, in particular in a similar environment;
- Prior experience in a FIFO/DIDO role.
- Pronto and INX experience preferred;
- Excellent written and communication skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to enter data in a timely, effective and very accurate manner;
- Strong communication and general interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships;




- Highly organised with ability to be flexible in managing competing deadlines;
- Excellent computer skills (including Word and Excel);
- The ability to work in a team environment without supervision.

The successful candidate will have to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and produce a current National Police Clearance.
