The Baking Bunch is a Not-For-Profit Social Enterprise baking business focused on skills development and community involvement for young people with disability. The Baking Bunch provides support for those who need extra care in their lives. Our main goal is to provide those with disabilities a chance to learn, grow and belong and engage in paid work.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with a team, communicating with others and working with a variety of tasks. You will learn our organisation processes and coach young people with disability to work in all aspects of a baking business, other work environments and in some cases support these young people in their paid employment.

Hours negotiable.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Part time/casual hours: 8-20hrs flexible

Salary: Varies based on experience

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Regular weekly hours available
- Weekend hours available

Pay: From $32.88 per hour
