Lead the loading and dispatch operation at a Christmas tree farm in Irrewarra, Victoria. Yeowarra for our upcoming harvest. Our peak season is a rapid, physical and rewarding 4 weeks.

You will:

- Run truck loading, scheduling and dispatch
- Mark and track every load from farm to customer
- Manage stillage and pallet stock
- Set up and improve truckstop flow and signage
- Coordinate bulk packaging transport from outer hubs
- Manage our load tracking app and keep data accurate
- Roster and lead two on-site team members
- Liase with drivers and trucking companies

You have:

- 3+ years in warehousing, freight, dispatch or distribution
- 1+ year leading a small team
- Hands-on loading experience (forklift licence preferred)
- Confidence with apps and spreadsheets
- A current driver’s licence and the right to work in Australia
- Willingness to work early starts and long days in November and December

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 80.0 per week
