- Develop business cases, market assessments, portfolio strategies, investment evaluations, due diligence studies, and development roadmaps.
- Lead analytical workstreams and synthesise complex technical, commercial, and market information into clear, executive-level recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and stakeholder engagements with senior executives, investors, government representatives, and project teams.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor across multiple engagements and opportunities.
- Contribute to account management and business development activities, helping identify, pursue, and win new consulting opportunities.
- Develop proposals, presentations,

and thought leadership that strengthen Worley Consulting's market presence and customer relationships.
- Work collaboratively with Worley's global consulting, engineering, and project delivery teams to bring integrated solutions to customers.
- Mentor and support junior consultants while contributing to the growth of our Advisory capability across APAC.
- Help shape and enhance consulting methodologies, tools, and intellectual property within the Mining Advisory practice.

What You Will Bring

- Approximately 8-15 years of professional experience within management consulting, strategy consulting, mining advisory, engineering consulting, corporate strategy, or project advisory environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting mining and resource sector customers on strategic, commercial, or investment-related decisions.
- Robust understanding of the mining industry, including mining operations, processing, metals, critical minerals, and broader resource value chains.
- Experience working on large-scale, complex projects and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
- Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguity and develop practical, commercially focused recommendations.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, facilitation, and relationship management.
