Looking for a second job with evening and weekend shifts? Hello Harry The Burger Joint Toowoomba is looking for an experienced, energetic and reliable Front of House team member to join our crew.

Hours & Availability

- 3–5 shifts per week, with at least 15 hours and up to 20 hours depending on business needs.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
- Friday and Saturday night availability is essential.

This role is ideal for someone seeking a second job who can consistently commit to these shifts.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome guests and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately, process payments and confidently recommend menu items and specials.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, including responsible service of alcohol.
- Respond to customer enquiries and communicate dietary requirements clearly with the kitchen.
- Clear and clean tables, keep service areas tidy and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Complete opening,



closing and cleaning duties.
- Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous Front of House experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment — essential.
- A current RSA certification — essential.
- Availability every Friday and Saturday night — essential.
- Friendly, confident communication and a strong customer service mindset.
- The ability to multitask, stay organised and work well under pressure.
- Reliability, punctuality and pride in your presentation.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
