We are a small, family owned and operated centre with a great, supportive team culture. We are looking for a cheerful, responsible person to join our team as the centre cook. You will be the heart of our organisation and create a hygienic, warm and welcoming space for educators to come and have a cup of tea or a chat when they are feeling stressed. You will prepare healthy, delicious meals for our children and interact with them in a positive manner. You may even do some cooking experiences with the children!

You will be aware of individual dietary requirements, allergies, age appropriate food and ensure that children's health and safety is maintained at all times.

You will follow our menus and review and update them regularly, as well as engage in regular training to update your knowledge.





You must have or be will be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

You must have or be willing to obtain a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care.

You must have a valid Working with Children Check in order to work in our organisation.

We are a Child Safe Organisation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
