About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Formwork Carpenter to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful applicants will work across a range of ongoing civil construction and infrastructure projects throughout Sydney and NSW.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out all aspects of formwork carpentry.
- Construct and install formwork for soffits, beams, walls, columns and stairs.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Work with various formwork systems and construction methods.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity.
- Follow workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Skills & Experience





To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

- Relevant trade qualifications in Carpentry.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant formwork carpentry experience.
- Proven experience across soffits, beams, walls, columns and stairs.
- Sound knowledge of formwork systems and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a positive work attitude.
- Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious approach.
