Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes.
- Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with care staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and workplace policies.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous aged care experience preferred.
- Current Police Check.
- Up-to-date vaccinations as required by facilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work.
