As a Support Worker with Kanda, you'll support people with disability to live life on their own terms, make their own choices and feel confident in their abilities. Some days might involve heading out into the community, trying something recent or enjoying a favourite activity. Other days might be about providing practical support at home, sharing a conversation or helping someone work towards a personal goal.

No two people are the same, and no two days need to be either.
