About the Role

Care For You Australia is looking for a reliable, caring and enthusiastic Disability Support Worker to support a participant in the Hornsby area.

The role involves providing community participation support and assisting the participant to engage in everyday activities within the community.

Shift Availability

Tuesday and Wednesday

- Morning shift: 8:30 am – 10:30 am
- Afternoon shift: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Each shift is 2 hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the participant with community access and participation.
- Encourage independence and social engagement.
- Provide friendly and respectful support.
- Follow the participant’s support plan and individual needs.
- Maintain professional communication and complete shift notes.

About You

- Experience in disability support or community care is preferred.




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Patient, compassionate and respectful.
- Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support are preferred.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and other required clearances.
