We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our new venue opening in the new year. We will be a young, friendly team with busy dinner periods and plenty happening.
You’ll be working in our recent kitchen with new modern appliances, trading days from Tuesday to Sunday.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up
- Experience leading a kitchen team and running service
- The ability to stay organised and calm during busy nights
- A passion for producing great, consistent meals
- Strong communication and a positive, hands-on approach
- A commitment to food safety and keeping the kitchen running smoothly
- Experience using digital kitchen display systems a bonus
About you:
You’re a confident,
practical chef who enjoys being part of a team and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. You take pride in your work, bring good energy to the kitchen, and can lead the team through a high-volume service.
