Stella’s Kitchen is looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Full-Time Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Located within the beautiful Montague Orchards in Lysterfield, Stella’s Kitchen is a large, fast-paced restaurant with seating for up to 400 guests, specialising in modern Australian cuisine.

We are looking for a skilled chef who thrives in a high-volume setting, takes pride in their work and brings a positive, professional attitude to the kitchen.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

- Minimum 5 years' professional chef experience – essential
- Strong experience in modern Australian cuisine
- Proven experience across larder, pans and grill – essential
- Experience working in large, high-volume restaurants
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional food standards
- Be reliable, honest, punctual and hardworking
- Have a genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry
- Work well within a large, dynamic kitchen team
- Live locally or within close proximity to Lysterfield
- Hold a valid driver's licence and have reliable transport
