Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Based Nursing team in Gippsland's East Gippsland region. The role involves comprehensive assessments, care planning, and evidence-based nursing care delivered in patients' homes across a versatile roster.

With 88 hours per fortnight available and a seven-day operation, the position offers a supportive multidisciplinary team, opportunity for on-call duties, and a strong focus on patient independence
