Purpose of the Role

Drive new patient demand, convert enquiries into recent patient bookings, and support the clinical team by delivering the full scope of Treatment Coordinator responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Patients

- Conduct consultations with new and existing patients.
- Present treatment options confidently, including pricing, benefits, and payment pathways.
- Handle objections professionally and position the value of treatment outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge across our complete treatment range.

2. Treatment Coordination





- Prepare treatment plans in an efficient and accurate manner, and in alignment with clinician recommendations.
- Support clinicians during consultations (photos, notes, patient communication).
- Manage the full patient journey from first enquiry to ongoing treatment.
- Coordinate patient appointments, including pre and post-treatment documentation.
- Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their experience.

3. Pipeline & Performance Management

- Maintain accurate patient records..
- Report weekly on activity, performance trends, and growth opportunities.
- Identify content gaps, recurring patient objections, and areas for process improvement.
- Work with management to optimise the new patient funnel and improve conversion rates.

Key Skills & Attributes

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales mindset with the ability to educate, guide, and motivate patients.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pipelines.
- Proactive, commercially aware, and motivated by growth and performance outcomes.
- Experience in dental, cosmetic, health, or aesthetics is preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
