About Us

Hoon’s Hair Salon is looking for a friendly, reliable and well-presented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We are seeking someone who enjoys interacting with people, has excellent communication skills and can provide a welcoming experience for our customers. This role is primarily focused on customer service, reception and appointment bookings, with some general salon cleaning and support duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with enquiries.
* Manage appointment bookings, cancellations and rescheduling.
* Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
* Communicate clearly and confidently with customers over the phone and in person.
* Assist with general reception and administrative duties.
* Help maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming salon environment.
* Carry out general cleaning duties, including keeping the reception area and salon presentable.
* Provide general support to the salon team when required.

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent English communication skills (essential).
* Clear and confident telephone communication skills (essential).




* Friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude.
* Valuable organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Reliable, punctual and responsible.
* Ability to multitask and work in a busy salon environment.
* Previous customer service or receptionist experience is an advantage but not essential.
* Korean-speaking ability is preferred but not essential.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys helping people, is confident speaking with customers and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

While the main focus of this position is reception and appointment management, we are looking for someone who is also happy to assist with general cleaning and day-to-day salon duties as part of the team.
