The Role

As a Casual Housekeeping Houseperson, you'll play an important role in keeping our hotels running smoothly and ensuring our guests feel well looked after.

Working closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Manager, your responsibilities will include:

✔ Distributing linen and replenishing amenities across hotel floors

✔ Supporting Room Attendants with their daily duties

✔ Delivering guest requests promptly and with care

✔ Keeping guest room pantries clean, organised and well stocked

✔ Ensuring housekeeping equipment is clean and in good working order

✔ Assisting guests and responding to their requests wherever possible

Who We Are Looking For





✅ Previous experience in room servicing or a similar housekeeping role

✅ A genuine passion for customer service and guest satisfaction

✅ A friendly and positive attitude with great communication skills

✅ The ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Robust organisation and time management skills

✅ A reliable, responsible and hands-on approach to work

✅ Full Australian working rights

✅ Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 3pm, on a rotating roster.

Please note: Shifts may include mornings and afternoons, and working hours will vary depending on hotel occupancy.
