Arthur’s Milkbar is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a part time basis.
Located in the heart of Kew, Arthur’s Milkbar is a busy Melbourne café known for quality food, great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere.
We’re looking for someone who understands the Melbourne café scene, thrives in a fast paced breakfast and lunch service and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent food.
About the Role
- Part time position with regular shifts
- Monday to Friday service: 7:00am – 2:30pm
- Weekend service: 8:00am – 3:00pm
- Breakfast and lunch focused menu
- Work alongside a passionate and supportive kitchen team
- No evening or late night services
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong experience in busy Melbourne cafés and breakfast service
- Confidence working across breakfast and lunch sections
- Ability to manage a section independently during busy services
- Excellent food preparation, presentation and consistency
- Strong organisational skills, cleanliness and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Availability across weekdays and weekends
