We're growing, and Manly is next!

Baptiste and Tenjo have just joined The Apollo Restaurant Group at Wunderlich Lane, and now we're heading to Manly! We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team at our newest venue.

This is an exciting chance to be part of a new chapter for the group, working alongside a passionate team of chefs to build something special on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

We're the group behind The Apollo, Cho Cho San, Olympus Dining, Greca, Yoko and The Apollo in Tokyo, and now Baptiste and Tenjo too. We love great restaurants, but it's our people who make them special. The opportunity

- We're looking for a Sous Chef who loves being in the kitchen, knows how to lead a team and takes real pride in the food they put out.
- Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen,



helping deliver consistently great food while building a positive, supportive team culture.
- You'll be hands-on during service, involved in training and developing junior chefs, and have the opportunity to contribute your ideas as the restaurant takes shape.

What we're looking for

- Experience as a Sous Chef in a quality, high-volume restaurant.
- A genuine love of cooking, great produce and attention to detail.
- Someone who leads from the front, stays calm under pressure and brings the team along with them.
- Strong kitchen organisation, food safety knowledge and an understanding of food costs.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to keep learning and improving.
