Bluegrass BBQ in Eatons Hill is looking for a new Kitchen Hand/Prep Hand to join our team.

Our Kitchen Assistant is moving away which leaves open the opportunity for someone new to come on board.

We are a fully integrated and modern kitchen with an excellent team being led by our Head Chef. Having been in operation for over 8 years, Bluegrass BBQ is a leader in our field.
No short cuts - just Low N Slow BBQ!
The role we have available will include the usual Kitchen Hand duties, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, prepping and some cooking with the Chefs.

We are looking for someone who:

- Takes initiative but can also appreciates direction
- Reliable and takes this role seriously
- Has an eye for detail
- Willing to roll your sleeves up and get the job done
- Not afraid of hard work
- Preferable experience will be highly appreciated




-Available for lunch and dinner shifts across the week including weekends
