The Plaza Hotel Kalgoorlie have a fantastic chance for an experienced Waiter Supervisor who enjoys leading by example, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and creating a positive environment for both guests and employees.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate and support team members to deliver a consistently high standard of hospitality.
- Coordinate daily service requirements, staff allocations and operational priorities.
- Assist with training, coaching and developing employees to enhance service standards and team performance.
- Respond professionally to guest enquiries, feedback and service concerns.




- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety and workplace health and safety.
- Assist with stock control, inventory management and minimising operational costs.

About You

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA or Approved Manager Licence

Salary between $65,000 and $71,481 per annum plus superannuation.
