Dainton Taphouse by T-03 is looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Hospitality Manager to lead our taphouse operations and help take our venue to the next level.

Under new ownership, we're focused on building a vibrant hospitality destination known for great craft beer, quality food, live entertainment and exceptional customer service.

THE ROLE

As Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing day-to-day taphouse and hospitality operations.
- Leading, training and rostering bar, floor and kitchen staff.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
- Driving sales, profitability and overall venue performance.
- Planning and promoting events, live music and functions.
- Managing stock, ordering, costs and operational budgets.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
- Working closely with ownership to grow the business and develop new opportunities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous experience managing a pub, bar, brewery, restaurant or hospitality venue.




- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Sound understanding of hospitality costs, stock control and profitability.
- Experience organising functions and events.
- Current Victorian RSA certification.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
