About the Role

Living Hope Disability Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to help grow our organisation by attracting new NDIS participants, developing referral partnerships and generating recent business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and networking skills who is confident building relationships and contributing to business growth within the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Attract and generate new NDIS participant referrals.
- Build relationships with Support Coordinators, hospitals, social workers and other referral partners.
- Promote Living Hope's registered NDIS services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Follow up enquiries and coordinate participant onboarding.
- Attend networking events and industry meetings.
- Monitor referrals, participant growth and business development outcomes.

About You

- Experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
- NDIS or disability sector experience (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.




- Confident networking and generating new business.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
