About the Role
Seeking compassionate and skilled Personal Support Workers to provide essential complex care to our clients within their own homes on a one-to-one basis.

Responsibilities
- Provide bowel therapy via enemas or suppositories
- Perform full body showers, hoisting, tracheal suctioning, administer PEG feeding and stoma care
- Support during short and long shifts, active overnight shifts and sleepovers
- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care with empathy and patience
- Must be available to attend extensive training and have a willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Completed or currently studying nursing (e.g., Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of Nursing) OR possess significant demonstrated experience in complex care settings.
- Hold a current and valid driver's licence.
- Own a reliable vehicle
- A current NDIS Worker Screen Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one.
