We’re looking for a friendly, organised person to join our team. You’ll answer inbound calls, follow up with people who have already expressed interest in our services, and book appointments for our consultant.

What you’ll do

- Answer inbound calls and follow up with interested leads

- Book appointments for our consultant

- Keep accurate call and appointment statistics

- Help keep reception running smoothly

What we’re looking for

- Native English speaker with clear, confident phone communication

- Customer service experience required, especially over the phone

- Friendly, skilled, and comfortable talking with people

- Organised and accurate with record keeping

No specific appointment-setting experience is required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

What we offer

- 20 part-time hours per week





- Some flexibility in working hours is required

- Opportunity to grow within the company, with the potential to take on additional hours by mutual agreement

- From $29 per hour, plus bonuses, depending on experience
