Roxby Downs Child Care Centre is seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced Childcare & Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Director to join our leadership team.

About the role

As our Childcare & OSHC Director, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our childcare and OSHC services.

Working collaboratively with the wider Children's Centre leadership team, you will:

- Lead, mentor and support a team of passionate educators.
- Promote high-quality education and care aligned with the National Quality Framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, families,



staff and the wider community.
- Oversee service operations, compliance, staffing and continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
- Support the ongoing growth and development of our childcare and OSHC services.

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and care and ready to embrace a rewarding leadership opportunity.

Desirable qualifications and experience:

- Previous experience as a Director or Assistant Director of a child care or OSHC Service
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Experience working within a South Australian early childhood education and care setting.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and relevant legislative requirements.
- A genuine commitment to supporting children, families and educators.

Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:

- Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) Masterclass training.
- Relevant National Safety training.




- Current First Aid and CPR certification HLTAID012
- Relevant child-related employment screening and clearances, including a Working with Children Check and Polic Clearence within the last 6 months.
