AGED Steakhouse is looking for an experienced and passionate Grill Chef to join our kitchen team on a part-time or casual basis.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in preparing premium steaks, understands cooking temperatures, and can consistently deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook premium steaks to customers' preferred temperatures.
- Operate and manage the grill section efficiently.
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control.
- Ensure proper meat handling, storage and food safety standards.
- Manage preparation and stock levels for the grill section.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workstation.

Requirements





- Previous experience as a Grill Chef or Chef in a steakhouse or busy restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of steak cuts, cooking temperatures and grilling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy services.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of Australian food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: $27.97 – $44.18 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
