The Role
We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Crew Members to join our Hervey Bay team across day and night shifts. Whether you prefer the lunch rush or the evening buzz, we have flexible rostering to suit you. It’s a great fit for students, parents, hospitality professionals, or anyone after work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service

- Take orders accurately and process payments

- Prepare and assemble food to Burger Urge standards

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant

- Support kitchen and front-of-house operations during busy lunch and dinner periods

- Work closely with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

- Take part in ongoing training and development

- Hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential. We’ll train you.

Availability
We’re seeking team members who can work any of the following:

- Day shifts: weekday lunch and daytime shifts

- Night shifts: evening and closing shifts

- Weekends as required

- Flexibility around school hours where applicable

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid Australian working rights

- Ability to provide proof of identity and work eligibility documentation

- Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 30 days, where required)
