DIAL-AN-ANGEL Perth is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, reliable and passionate Gardener/Contractors to join our team across Perth.

We provide the clients, manage the bookings and scheduling, and support you along the way — so you can focus on what you do best: providing great gardening services and helping elderly and vulnerable clients maintain a safe, tidy and enjoyable outdoor space.

About the Role

Every garden is different, but your day-to-day work may include:

- Mowing and maintaining lawns to a high standard
- Weeding and garden clean-ups
- Pruning and general garden maintenance
- Tidying gardens and outdoor areas
- Providing regular weekly or fortnightly services to clients




- Building positive relationships with clients
- Communicating with our coordination team
- Ensuring every job is completed professionally and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for gardeners who are experienced, dependable, professional and take pride in their work.

To join our team, you’ll need:

- Minimum 2–3 years’ gardening experience
- Your own professional gardening tools and equipment, including a lawn mower
- A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel to client homes across Perth
- Current Police Clearance Certificate with no disclosable outcomes
- Current Public Liability Insurance
- Valid WA Driver’s Licence
- Australian working rights
- A professional, friendly and reliable approach
- The ability to work independently and take pride in your work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
