We are looking for an experienced ,hands on Bar manager who knows there more to running a great bar than pouring beers !

We are after someone with a genuine passion for beverages who can develop a great cocktail offering , manage cellar operations and stock control , and understand beverage costings and margins .

You will need

Design and deliver a quality cocktail and beverage menu

Manage cellar opertaions , ordering and stock control

Understand costings margins and wastage

Lead the team and maintain solid operating procedures

Be hands on behind the bar and enjoy a chat with the locals

We are looking for someone with initiative personality and the skills to take ownership of the bar and help build something special at the barwon .

Hours of work ( approx )

Wednesday - saturday 2 pm till close

Sunday 12 pm - 9 pm
