Yoon's Grilled is seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Chef to join our Korean restaurant team. We are looking for a positive, responsible team player who works collaboratively and can take initiative when required.

Salary: AUD $75,000–$85,000 per annum + superannuation

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and cook a variety of Korean dishes to a high standard



Contribute to menu development and new recipes



Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards



Assist with inventory, ordering, stock control and stock rotation



Work closely with kitchen and service staff to deliver a great dining experience

Requirements



Right to work in Australia



At least 2 years of relevant chef experience,



with references



Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster



Ability to work efficiently under pressure



Strong teamwork, organisation and communication skills



Attention to detail, punctuality and a professional attitude
