West Moreton Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care at Ipswich Hospital, within a multidisciplinary team. You will practice evidence-based pharmacy, support medication management, and contribute to digital health initiatives in a agile hospital setting.

The role requires strong communication, professional integrity and a Pharmacy degree with eligibility for registration with AHPRA.
