Bene Aged Care is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a part time basis (18 hours per week). You will provide trusted industrial relations advice to leaders and managers, navigating legislation, awards and enterprise agreements with clarity and integrity.

Reporting to the Manager People & Culture, you will help shape policies, support dispute resolution, and lead negotiations, while delivering coaching to managers on employment
