About Harbour Quays Aged Care

Harbour Quays Aged Care is a 131 place residential aged care facility located on a waterfront estate overlooking the Biggera Waters canals on the Gold Coast. We provide permanent and respite (short-term) care and secure dementia-specific care in fully furnished private single and couple suites.

Due to growing occupancy Harbour Quays are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team on a Part Time or Casual basis, working across a range of shifts in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Working as part of team of empathetic and caring clinical professionals, you will make a positive impact on the life of our residents with your compassionate, supportive approach that empowers our residents' choices and independence.

As a Registered Nurse you will support our residents by providing choice and versatile quality services to meet their unique individual needs,



enabling independence and inspiring them to achieve their goals for their individual care needs whilst ensuring a safe environment within the facility.

- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including and ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated through excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Provide leadership and direction to care staff
- Ensure clinical quality standards are met

A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and AHPRA registration are essential.
