Remote Appointment Setter – Female-Only Body Sculpting Salon

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, confident and reliable female appointment setter to join our growing body sculpting salon.

Your main responsibility will be to contact new leads who have enquired about our body sculpting services, follow a provided calling script, build rapport with potential clients and book appointments for consultations.

This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience in appointment setting, sales or lead generation and is confident speaking with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to new leads using our provided call list.
- Follow our established calling scripts and sales process.
- Contact new enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build rapport with potential clients and generate interest in our services.
- Answer basic questions and handle common objections.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the salon.
- Record call outcomes, notes and follow-ups accurately in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Follow up with leads who haven't booked yet.
- Maintain consistent communication and meet daily calling targets.

Requirements

- Female applicants only, as this is a female-only salon.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling or telemarketing.
- Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) is essential.




- Excellent spoken English with a explicit, confident and skilled phone manner.
- Must be comfortable following scripts and sales processes.
- Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively.
- Confident speaking with new leads and converting enquiries into bookings.
- Must be available Monday to Saturday.
- Strong internet connection and a quiet working environment.
- Willingness to complete training before commencing calls.

Training & Support

Full training will be provided on our services, calling scripts, booking process and lead management system.

You will be provided with a call list of new leads to contact, so you will not need to generate your own leads.

We are looking for someone who can follow instructions, learn our process quickly and consistently turn enquiries into booked appointments.

We want someone who is friendly, professional, proactive and confident on the phone. The ideal candidate is experienced in speaking with leads, understands the importance of following up and knows how to turn potential customers into booked appointments.
