Ongoing Casual Opportunities | Batemans Bay / Mogo Region

We are currently seeking experienced HR Drivers and Labourers for ongoing casual work within the civil construction industry across the Batemans Bay and Mogo areas.

This is a hands-on role primarily focused on labouring duties on road and civil projects, with HR driving responsibilities required as needed. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates.

About the Role

- General civil and road construction labouring
- Working with asphalt and road surfacing materials
- Assisting with roadworks, site preparation, and construction activities
- Operating within a safety-focused team environment
- Occasional HR truck driving to transport materials and equipment

Requirements

- Current HR Driver Licence (essential for driver positions)
- Silica Awareness Ticket
- Asbestos Awareness Ticket
- Candidates holding either ticket are encouraged to apply
- Previous civil, construction, or roadwork experience preferred




- Reliable transport and solid work ethic
- Ability to perform physically demanding labouring duties
- Available to commence ASAP
