Assistant Venue Manager – Cinque Terre Chadstone

About the Role

Cinque Terre Chadstone is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team.

Working closely with the Venue Manager, you will support the daily operations of the restaurant, lead and develop our team, maintain exceptional service standards and contribute to the overall performance and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and operational standards.
- Assist with rostering, labour management and cost control.
- Support recruitment, training and staff development.
- Monitor sales, stock control and venue performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Take responsibility for venue operations in the Venue Manager's absence.

About You

- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervision.




- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of restaurant operations.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
