As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Eastwood store.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficient business performance.
- Oversee retail sales, customer service and overall store profitability.
- Manage purchasing, supplier relationships, product selection and retail pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, product freshness and wastage.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and monitor store budgets, sales targets, operating expenses and financial performance.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, sales and financial transactions.
- Manage staff recruitment, rostering, training, supervision and performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety,



hygiene, refrigeration and workplace health and safety requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail management experience, preferably in poultry, meat, grocery or food retail.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, budgeting and retail operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage staff, prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Valuable understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
