About The Business
Run by the popular group Benesse, Bobby's On The Go is a brand new stylish venue right by the water in East Bunbury. A neighbourhood eatery unlike anything else in Bunbury.
Delicious grab and go food, signature drinks and soul living coffee!
Operating 6 days a week - Tuesday-Sunday: we love our teams and what we do!
About the Role
This role will be rapid paced but with a focus on high standards, friendly service and a team player!
Successful candidates:
- must be comfortable working under pressure, able to problem solve and use initiative
- 12 months of experience in a similar style venue with high coffee volume
- ability to demonstrate high level of barista knowledge, including calibrating grinders, dosing/extraction and machine maintenance
- Perfected skills in milk texturing (latte art is preferred but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills that assist you in forming relationships with your customers
- Ability to stay calm and thrive during busy periods while maintaining consistency in coffee standard
- Able to work well in a team
- All-round café experience
- Flexible availability including one weekend day
