Yield Café is a fast-growing, café in Revesby, known for our vibrant matcha range, creative dishes, and welcoming atmosphere. We are passionate about delivering fresh, high-quality food with consistency and flair.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for running your section, maintaining high standards of prep and service, and working closely with our Head Chef to bring our menu to life.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes to Yield Café’s standard recipes and presentation
- Maintain excellent food quality and consistency across your section
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day operations
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are upheld
- Contribute to menu development and daily specials
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required

About You





- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (café or restaurant setting)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle a fast-paced service
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards

Pay: $56,032.62 – $78,054.12 per year

Experience:

- Kitchen: 1 year (Required)
