Norco Co‑operative Limited is seeking a hands‑on Assistant Store Manager for our Wauchope team. You will lead by example, drive store performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced retail setting.
You will coach team members, manage daily operations, stock, merchandising and safety, while building robust community ties and supporting Norco’s customer‑led approach. A driver’s licence (and forklift licence if possible) is preferred.
