We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and respectful Disability Support Worker to support a participant residing in Northern Suburbs

This role involves delivering culturally sensitive, person-centred care to help our participant maintain independence, build daily living skills, and stay connected with the local community.

Key Responsibilities

- In-Home Support: Assist with daily routine tasks, light meal preparation, and light domestic upkeep.
- Personal Care: Provide respectful assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility support.
- Community Engagement: Support with social outings, medical appointments, shopping, and community access.
- Companionship: Engage in meaningful, culturally familiar conversation and activities.
- Documentation: Keep transparent notes on daily activities and report any changes in client well-being. Rapport building is essential.

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (Preferred)
- police check (Preferred)
- NDIS clearance check (Preferred)
- Driver's Licence (Preferred)
