We have over 25 years of experience supplying and installing drapery, internal blinds, curtains, shutters, external blinds and awnings for commercial clients. We work with leading Australian manufacturers and closely with builders, and we’re known for personalised service, quality and meeting deadlines. Our trained technical team carries out every installation.

About the role
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support and independently manage window furnishing projects from contract through to handover. You’ll work with builders, suppliers, subcontractors and our internal team to keep every project on time, on scope and to a high standard.

What you’ll do

- Be the main contact for customer phone and email enquiries, resolving issues quickly
- Coordinate schedules for site measures, service calls and installations across multiple projects
- Communicate with builders, suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers and internal teams to keep milestones on track
- Manage variations to scope, timelines and delivery, and make sure changes are documented and communicated
- Work with internal teams to make sure contracts are reviewed, signed and in place before projects start
- Review architectural drawings, specifications and finishes schedules to plan accurately
- Prepare and assist with quotes, product selections and purchase orders
- Manage procurement, supplier deliveries and lead times to avoid delays
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including SWMS, O&M; manuals, warranties and product specification sheets




- Monitor progress against schedules, and escalate risks and delays early to maintain quality and safety standards
- Organise site visits and support technical staff during installation
- Help improve our processes and support project managers with administration

What you’ll bring

- Demonstrated experience (ideally [2]+ years) in project coordination or a similar role in construction, building or a related industry
- Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Transparent communication and a collaborative approach with builders, suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets and scheduling or project management tools
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and project documentation
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality, safety and compliance
- Willingness to attend sites and support installation teams
- Knowledge of window furnishings or building materials is an advantage
- A qualification in project management, construction, business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
