Help customers build independence, develop life skills and enjoy greater participation in their home and community.

What you'll do

- Support daily living skills, including cooking and household tasks
- Provide personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing and feeding
- Encourage social activities, hobbies and community participation
- Administer medication and follow individual support plans
- Complete accurate documentation and incident reports
- Provide support in the home and community
- Use your Complex Care experience to provided clinical plans where required

What you'll bring

- Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleepovers
- Confidence providing personal care
- Robust communication skills,



including with non-verbal customers
- Essential computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Workers Orientation Module
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) & CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
- Disability or Community Services qualifications (advantageous)
