Elite Male Performance coaches men to build muscle, drop fat, and get strong. We're hiring one experienced coach to take over a roster of clients and own their results.

This is a fully remote contract role. You must be based in Australia and able to work Australian eastern time zone hours. East coast preferred.

This is not an entry-level role and it is not a side gig. You need to have already coached clients online or on the gym floor and gotten them real results.

What you'll do

- Build and progress individualised training programs for every client on your roster
- Set calories, macros, and habits, and adjust them from the data
- Review weekly check-ins and send video feedback that actually changes what they do next
- Review weigh-ins and trends, and intervene before a client stalls or drops off
- Run daily check-ins with our top tier clients
- Collect wins and testimonials every week

You're measured on client results, retention, and adherence. Nothing else.

What you need

- Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current first aid and CPR (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
- An ABN, and your own public liability and qualified indemnity insurance
- At least 2 years coaching clients,

- Documented before and after results you can show us
- A strength and conditioning background
- You train seriously yourself
- Based in Australia, working eastern time zone hours, with reliable internet and a laptop
- This role coaches male clients exclusively and we are hiring a male coach for it

Bonus: an exercise science or sports science degree, ASCA or NSCA accreditation, nutrition qualifications, or a background in endurance or athletic performance.

INCOME:

$90,000 to $120,000 per year, paid per active client per week. The top of that range is a full roster. We'll walk you through the exact numbers on the call.

there will also be bonuses and potential for higher income based on performance.

Clients are delivered to you. You never sell, chase leads, or run ads.
