Help Sydney students start music lessons. You'll match each new student with the right teacher and see it through to their first lesson and beyond.

What you'll do

- Reply quickly to new student enquiries from our website
- Find a teacher who suits each student and confirm they can take them on
- Send teachers their contract and the student's details
- Follow up until a lesson day and time is locked in
- Invoice for the first lesson, then for the rest of the term once the student continues
- Keep our student pipeline up to date so every lead keeps moving
- When a match doesn't work, find a new one
- Use AI workflows to help you do tasks efficiently and accurately

You'll suit this if you

- Enjoy talking with people: parents, students and teachers
- Get satisfaction from connecting people and making it work
- Like solving problems and don't give up after one "no"
- Are organised and comfortable with invoicing and money
- Reply to messages quick and follow up without being reminded
- Have prior experience in music teaching, running a music studio and related areas
